All of our Adult Classes are aimed at both Men and Women. There are 3 different levels of classes - so everyone can learn and progeress.

Basics Adult:  This is Thursdasy Evening 7 - 8pm and is aimed at people who have never done this before. with 2 or 3 instructors on hand this classe will guide you through the techniques and also the skill of holding a pad for your partner. You will also do basic fitness conditioning

Intermedieate / Advanced:  Wednesday 7 - 8pm. This is aimed at people who are looking to progress in both fitness and techniques. With the pad combinations being more complex and quick thinking needed from th epadholder it does need sharper reactions. The fitness is also pushed up at a higher level.

Sparring: Monday 7:30 - 8:45. This is for all levels and will give students the chance to practice blocking and attacking. The fitness is pushed up to a fighters level and so is very intense - there is also a lot of Golve and Shinpad drills to practice and increase blocking and co-ordination.
